This meeting is open to all council members, including chartered organization representatives and council members-at-large. Also invited are representatives from every district. The meeting program will include the report of the Nominating Committee, the council election for 2009, the report of the Resolutions Committee and a summary of the council’s activities.

Individuals wishing to suggest candidates for consideration as council members-at-large or board members may write to the Council Nominating Committee Chairman. The deadline for nominations is January 15, 2009.

Chartered organizations wishing to submit resolutions for consideration at the annual meeting may write to Council Resolutions Committee Chairman. The deadline for resolutions is January 15, 2009.
