The Detroit Area Council’s 4th Annual Visions of Our Youth Art Contest was held Thursday, February 12, 2004. Along with the celebration of Detroit Scouting’s 94th Anniversary, the purpose of this event was to provide an opportunity for youth to depict in a form of a drawing, a preset theme of “American Heroes.”

The Council would like to thank this year’s honorary chairperson, Hubert Massey and congratulate all the Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, Webelos and Trailblazers who have participated. The depiction of this years’ theme was very good and we are all proud of your youth leaders.
