CONGRATULATIONS!

The Detroit Area Council’s 7th Annual Visions of Our Youth Art Contest were held on Thursday, February 8, 2007.  Along with the celebration of Detroit Scouting’s 97th Anniversary, the purpose of this event was to provide an opportunity for youth to depict in a form of a drawing, a preset theme of “Helping Others .” 

   
The Council would like to once again, thank this year’s honorary chairperson, Hubert Massey and congratulate all the Tiger Cub Scouts, Cub Scouts, Webelos  Scouts , and Trailblazers who have participated.   The depiction of this years’ theme was outstanding ,and we are all proud of your youth leaders.
