  All crewmembers (Scouts and Advisors) going to Philmont and parents:
  Full Class "A" uniform, all participants

Philmont Training Weekend
  Location: D-Bar-A Scout Ranch
  8:00 a.m. Saturday through Sunday 10:00 a.m.
