| Camping Refund Policies |
The camp fee is fully refundable when a written request is received at the Council Office before May 15, 2007. After May 15, 2007, no refund will be given. However, fees may be transferable to another individual within the pack for day camp only.
The camp fee (less the $50.00 deposit ) is fully refundable when a written request is received at the Council Office before May 4, 2007. After May 4, 2007, no refund will be given. However, fees may be used by transferring to another individual within the pack for summer camp only.

A full refund will be made for all camper fees, if made in writing and received by May 31st less a $25.00 administration fee per youth. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AFTER MAY 31st. The $75.00 unit deposit is not refundable. Units are responsible for payment for the number of Scouts reserved as of May 31. Webelos Scouts can be added at anytime without any late fees or penalties.
Full refund minus a $25 administration fee will be given for cancellations 45 days or more prior to the date reserved. Refunds can be in the form of a check the reservation can be switched to a later available date. NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES WILL BE MADE IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 45 DAYS PRIOR. THE UNIT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE FEE. CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING. |
