FOS Presentations The FOS Presentation is a 10-minute presentation to be given at a Blue and Gold, Cub Scout pack, Boy Scout troop meeting, or Court of Honor to help show parents where the funding for this great program comes from and where it goes. This short presentation helps the Detroit Area Council continue to offer its quality programs, such as this website. Every unit in the Northridge District needs to have a presentation done for the families of that unit between Jan. 1 and March 31 of each year.
