The next two months of March and April are the busiest months for
Rechartering in the Three Rivers District. At the Roundtables in those
two months we will have a staff of volunteers ready to go over your
charter with you that night. Don’t forget that to receive your Early
Bird Award your charter must be turned in and be complete by the 15th
of month. The most common items missed that you will need are:
Signatures of Charter Rep. And Committee Chairman on all Adult
applications
Signatures of Executive Officer of the Chartered Organization
and the Unit Leader on the Charter form
Copies of applications for all youth and adults that have been
previously turned in, but not on the charter.
A registered Tiger Cub Den Leader for any Pack with registered
Tiger Cubs.
Birth date of the Executive office of your charted organization
