National Guest Speaker: Donald D. Belcher
Serves as National Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of
America. Don is the retired Chairman of the Board and CEO of Banta
Corporation. He is a Silver Beaver, Silver Antelope, Distinguished Eagle
Scout, and James E. West Fellow, and a Member of the 1910 Society and
Founders Circle.
Don has served as Central Region president, and in a
variety of other local and national responsibilities. He became a Cub Scout
over 50 years ago in Kansas City, Missouri.
