In addition to the regular CSPs issued by the council, special SAP are authorized in certain situations. Below are the special authorizations for the Trail to Eagle Scout Camp, the Annual Scout Memorabilia Trade-o-Ree, and the  National Conference for the Order of the Arrow.

Trail To Eagle

Trail to Eagle is a special one week Summer Camp program held at D-bar-A Scout Ranch near Metamora, MI. This specifically designed program provides the older Scout an opportunity to work on the merit badges he needs to finish to qualify for Eagle. This program provides many personal growth opportunities for those willing to accept the challenge.

Each Troop is designated by a color and their own Special Shoulder Patch (SSP).
